Facil Surgery
Blepharoplasty or Eyelid Surgery
This surgery improves the appearance of the upper and lower eyelids, eliminating pockets of fat, wrinkles, sagging and thus rejuvenating the region around the eyes and usually lasts from 40 minutes to an hour and a half.
It is performed in the hospital, with local anesthesia and sedation and, in some cases, it can be done on an outpatient basis. Indicated for those who have excess and/or sagging eyelids, fat pockets in the lower eyelid and ptosis (drooping eyelid due to muscle causes) or eyelid drooping due to excess skin.
It is also performed to remove xanthelasmas (small cholesterol balls) that form mainly on the eyelids, as well as wrinkles on the lower eyelid.
Facelift or Face Surgery
It has the purpose of combating wrinkles of the facial and neck region, also attenuating expression lines, wrinkles and rejuvenating the face. It is indicated for all people who have more marked signs of sagging skin, such as deeper furrows, neck sagging, fall of facial structures.
Anyone who thinks that the procedure is only suitable for mature skin is wrong. The factors that really must be observed are the degree of sagging of the skin, the muscular quality and whether or not there is resorption of deep tissues of the face. Although most of these signs appear intensely after the age of fifty, depending on the individual tendency and some life habits of the patient, they can appear early, from the age of forty, for example. Individualized assessment is essential for the correct indication of this surgery.
Neck Liposuction
Liposuction of the neck or double chin consists of the removal of fat in the "jowl", through a small hole where the suction cannulas penetrate, in the area under the chin.
By removing the fat accumulated in this area, a result of a slimmer face is often achieved, with a better definition of the transition from the face to the neck, which provides a younger and lighter look.
There are also some treatments that allow an improvement, such as the use of hyaluronic acid or other aesthetic medical treatments, as well as chin liposuction, which is an aesthetic surgery where excess fat is aspirated through small holes and is usually done in people with excess weight.
In some cases, liposuction is not the solution and it is also necessary to do a facelift to remove excess skin from this region, as in older people or people who have lost a lot of weight.
Lobuloplasty or Ear Hole Closure

This procedure unites the tear in the earlobe. Considered simple, but it requires a lot of precision like all surgeries that involve such a small field of action.

It is generally indicated for patients dissatisfied with the natural shape of the nose and can be associated with other nasal procedures, such as nasal septum correction and turbinectomy, which is the removal of part of the nasal turbinates, popularly known as spongy meat.
